    Joining Willetton Playgroup

New members wishing to join a playgroup session should complete an Enrolment Form and hand it to the Group Leader of that session.
New members are entitled to two free trial sessions before officially joining a session.

    Group sizes

Group sizes are limited to 30 children so there may be waitlists for some more popular sessions. Persons wishing to enquire about session vacancies may contact the Enrolments Officer. Any changes or new additions (including expected children) for existing member families should be notified to the Enrolments Officer at the member’s earliest convenience.

    Clean and tidy

A clean and tidy Playgroup is essential to maintaining our operation. Each group has a responsibility to the following group to ensure the centre is left free of mess and is neat and tidy. Each group is provided with a folder that gives guidelines to operating a Playgroup session. This also outlines cleaning duties and your responsibilities during your session. A duty checklist is provided to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed.

    Amenities

Our facility has three child-sized toilets for toddlers and young children, a changing area for babies, and a private parent’s bathroom. In the baby change room we keep a small stock of high chairs. Our kitchen is well stocked with tea/coffee and members are welcome to share a cuppa with a friend whilst the littlies play.

    Special events and activities

Special activities and events are organised by the relevant Committee members throughout the year. They are free to members and include the Christmas Party at the end of the year. These events will be placed on the noticeboard at the start of each term.
